Subject	KDIC won the grand prix in the Korea’s BSC Contest
The KDIC was crowned as the Grand Prix winner in Korea’s BSC Contest hosted by the Korea Economic Daily. The case presentation was done at the Korea Economic Daily headquarters on June 26. Based on its use of the Balanced Score Card (BSC), an outstanding measuring tool for performance manangement, the KDIC was judged to be a strategic and productive organization. The KDIC will endeavor to manage the organization efficiently by focusing on fair measurement of staff’s performance.
