Subject	Visit from the Chairman of FDIC
The Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Ms. Sheila C. Bair visited the KDIC from Nov.11 to Nov.17. It was her first official visit since the establishment of the KDIC. Ms. Bair and Mr. Choi signed the MOU for secondment of an employee to the FDIC and for the enhancement of mutual cooperation. Ms. Bair also addressed the employees of KDIC on ‘The Reason for the Current Financial Crisis and the Role of Deposit Insurers.’
