Concealed Property Report

  • The KDIC provides a reward of up to KRW 2 billion (before tax) to an individual who reports concealed property of insolvency-implicated persons. Full confidentiality is guaranteed.
Types of Concealed Property

Concealed property refers to any asset belonging to an insolvency-implicated person hidden at home or abroad by that person including, but not limited to, deposits, real estate and securities.

Reward Payment

If the information results in the recovery of concealed property, a reward of up to KRW 2 billion will be paid considering the reporter¡¯s contribution (quality of reported information).

Confidentiality

Full confidentiality of the identity of the person filing the report, as well as the contents of the report, is guaranteed.

Visit by the KDIC Staff

If the reporter finds it difficult to file a report due to long traveling distances, health problems or disability, a representative from the Concealed Property Report Center will pay a visit to the reporter to take down the report.
