Subject	Purchase of Assets & Assumption of Liabilities Contract of Invest Mutual Savings Bank
Yong-mun Cho, CEO of Seojeon Institute signed a P&A contract of Pusan Invest Mutual Savings Bank with the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation. Based on the contract, the new undertaker is supposed to establish a new mutual savings bank and the contracts of deposits and loans of Invest Mutual Savings Bank will be transferred. It is expected that the new bank will start its business in early May upon the Financial Supervisory Service’s approval. For the further information, you may refer to the attached file.
